You will be connected with a live agent or sent an auto-response that someone will be in touch with you if a live agent isn't available. By filling out the form you opt-in to receive text messages (like answers to questions and requests for feedback on service provided). Our customer care text message service is meant to streamline support, account management, and providing customers other avenues of customer interaction beyond phone and email.  

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
